+How many carbs are in a cookie?
Our “cottage kitchen” business is not required to measure carbs in our products, but we estimate from our recipe that it is less than 10 grams per cookie or bite.
+How much sugar is in a cookie or bite?
We use Fructevia (a blend of stevia and crystallized fructose) in our recipes instead of sugar, fructose breaks down in your liver and does NOT provoke an insulin response. Therefore our products have NO refine sugar yet the sugar amount is around 2 grams per cookie or bite.
+Do our products made with pure stevia?
Baking with pure stevia alone is not possible because stevia is not a crystallized granule, therefore we use a stevia and fructose blend called Fructevia to give our cakes and cookies texture and shape.
